Model: D07 Double Slider-Crank Mechanism with Circular Guideway
- imagemovie

A double slider linkage contains two prismatic joints as illustrated in model D-8. In this model one of the slider constraints is a circular arc. The other sliding constraint is straight. Reuleaux showed in his Kinematics of Machinery that this mechanism can be viewed as a topological extension of the single slider-crank if the circular arc constraint were completed in a full circle.
