Description
This document specifies the elements, refinements and encoding schemes used by The Kinematic Models for Design Digital Library (KMODDL) for its metadata records describing the following KMODDL resources: 1) three-dimensional models designed for demonstration and/or teaching purposes; 2) stereolithography files for creating 3-D replicas of the models; 3) still, moving, and interactive images of the models; 4) tutorials aiding in the use of KMODDL materials; and 5) related textual resources including books and articles.


KMODDL Application Profile

1. Namespaces and Format of entries

The KMODDL Application Profile consists of the following namespaces:
